Starlink satellite internet service may come to India soon

Elon mask’s company Starlink India is working towards the target of starting its satellite communication (SATCOM) service with 2,00,000 active terminals in the country by December 2022. The company is still waiting for approval from the Government of India to provide this service.. Starlink India Company has said that the number of active terminals will be reduced without the approval of the government, that is why the approval of the government is awaited. According to the company, this number can also be zero without approval.

Starlink satellite internet is expected to reach India soon as SpaceX founder Elon Musk has informed via Twitter that Starlink is a medium started by SpaceX to provide internet connectivity to people using a bunch of satellites, It had earlier launched two satellites in February 2018. The service is currently available in 14 regions including Australia, Canada, Chile, Portugal, the United Kingdom and the United States. Now after the tweet of Elon Musk, it seems that there is every hope of getting the benefit of this satellite internet in India soon.

Starlink CEO Elon Musk wants to provide high speed internet facility to the people in the Indian market through satellite. The concept of satellite internet is also working in the world for a long time. Using thousands of satellites, people on the ground can be provided access to fast internet. To take advantage of this facility, you have to install a receiver near you which will send the signal to the satellite and receive it back. The user will benefit from this receiver that it will get less latency in high speed internet. Right now Starlink is providing satellite internet service in other countries. However, other inter service provider companies have not yet used satellite internet on such a large scale. With this service, internet will be provided through satellite in different places where there is no internet availability.
